Yoga in Folkestone (Kent)

1-2-1 SESSIONS:

Do you want to try before you buy?

I am offering 30min yoga taster for free! (at my place where I can provide you with a mat, blocks, bricks, belts...all you might need)

After that I charge £30/h.

Please note that if you cancel a class less than 24 hours in advance the full fee is payable.

GROUP CLASSES:

at my place in Earls Avenue

Monday........10:30-11:30 am

Friday ......... 5:30-6:30 pm + 6:45-7:45 pm

Saturday......9:45-10:45 am + 11-12 am

Would you like your child/children to do yoga also? Please let me know - from January I am planning to do kids yoga on Sunday morning - a 45 min class. Yoga will teach them:

* Coordination and discipline

* To focus better on any given activity or task

* How to build strength and flexibility

* To take responsibility for their overall health

1 class is £6. (kids yoga £3.50). Places are limited so please book!
